Star Trek Into Darkness was a lot of fun as I got to work with an unbelievable team of artists and designers to execute the sets under my purview. Under the direction of designer, Scott Chambliss myself along with James Clyne, Tex Kadonaga, and Anne Porter threw ourselves into the challenge of creating the villain's Dark Enterprise! Also This film was shot almost entirely in Los Angeles California, where the best films are still made!

​This amazing project was the third time I art directed for Oscar nominated designer, Bo Welch.  We had a blast on location in NYC for a year.  My primary responsibilities on this one were the 2012 and 1969 versions of the Men in Black headquarters.

​I had the pleasure of art directing on Thor under production designer Bo Welch. We had the great challenge of reconciling the wild vernacular of Jack Kirby's Asguard with the hard tech quality of the Iron-Man films!
